Very unprofessional behaviour in many ways and a lot of work on her attitude needs to be done before she can keep on doing this job or any hospitality work. I am giving this place a 3 star because the rooms are nice and the receptionist is welcoming and professional thus not making it fair to give a 1 star rating for 1 rotten employee in which i am sure the other girls aren’t like her.

She asked me to sit in a nice smaller waiting area so I could meet the available ladies. I met several ladies, younger and older and different sizes who came in for a brief visit. I finally decided to book for one hour with a nice friendly girl. After paying, I was shown to a room with a large mirror on the ceiling and columns which was up a flight of stairs. I was then informed that lady wasn’t available although my booking had reserved 1.5 hours till 4pm essentially. I then was offered to meet the other Ladies . So I sat down to wait. Only to have the lady I had booked walk in to the waiting area. I thought ahh she is available. On the fly, I had planned to pay the $75 extra for the 10 minutes I was late. But before I was able to say hello. The Woman went off on a tirade about how she lost $1000 because I was 7 minutes late and that she had been waiting for me. Other things were said that were completely disrespectful. I just didn’t say a word. There was no point. It was no longer productive to be in that environment. I then left the premises, in rather a foul mood. The worst experience I have ever seen in the Entire Customer service industry. AVOID

She asked me to sit in a nice smaller waiting area so I could meet the available ladies. I met several ladies, younger and older and different sizes who came in for a brief visit. But before I was able to say hello. The Woman went off on a tirade about how she lost $1000 because I was 7 minutes late and that she had been waiting for me. Other things were said that were completely disrespectful. I just didn’t say a word. There was no point. It was no longer productive to be in that environment. I then left the premises, in rather a foul mood. The worst experience I have ever seen in the Entire Customer service industry. AVOID

I think that people will definitely like the place, especially the rooms, very well designed and cleaned, something that is essential to my taste. However, I do think that the service could be improved more.

Feb 2017Being so close to the CBD in Brisbane and boasting no less than 10 girls on premise, (the majority of which are absolutely stunning by the way) Cleo’s is a great spot to call in to if you, like me, aren’t a native. Even if you are its definitely worth a moment or two of your time. 6 different rooms to choose from and discreet staff make this place a must see.

I will definitely be going back, I’m really hanging out for another day off so I can go! Absolutely recommend!!

Dec 2016I recently visited this establishment for the first time after viewing their website. I was greeted by a dark haired receptionist who was very polite and friendly. She asked me to sit in a nice smaller waiting area so I could meet the available ladies. I met several ladies, younger and older and different sizes who came in for a brief visit. I finally decided to book for one hour with a nice friendly girl. After paying, I was shown to a room with a large mirror on the ceiling and columns which was up a flight of stairs. The young blonde lady who I chose provided me with a fun and fulfilling time starting with a lovely bodyslide and lots of foreplay. I left happy and satisfied with her service and plan to return soon.

Apr 2016I arrived 7 minutes late for my booking 2:37pm (my watch said it was 2:32) I was then accost rather sternly by the receptionist. I was then informed that lady wasn’t available although my booking had reserved 1.5 hours till 4pm essentially. I then was offered to meet the other Ladies . So I sat down to wait. Only to have the lady I had booked walk in to the waiting area. I thought ahh she is available. On the fly, I had planned to pay the $75 extra for the 10 minutes I was late. But before I was able to say hello. The Woman went off on a tirade about how she lost $1000 because I was 7 minutes late and that she had been waiting for me. Other things were said that were completely disrespectful. I just didn’t say a word. There was no point. It was no longer productive to be in that environment. I then left the premises, in rather a foul mood. The worst experience I have ever seen in the Entire Customer service industry. AVOID

The staff were extremely rude, not to mention a rude staff that commented on my parking while I was walking. I can tell you’ll be wasting your time and money there. DO NOT RECOMMEND
